Flash / Actionscript 3.0

Not much to add lately, just been trying to get into the whole Actionscript 3.0 scene. Things not working as they SHOULD is really testing my patience though...

  • Mood: Confused
  • Listening to: Strung Out - Blackhawks over Los Angeles
  • Reading: Not much...
  • Watching: The Lost Room (again)
  • Playing: Supreme Commander / SSX Blur
  • Drinking: Red Wine, lots of it

Had a look at preloaders yet? They are going to prove quite a pain... Especially with the whole loading of classes in frame 2 issue :(

yeah, i can't get any of my old scripts to work right. i'm trying ti wrap my brain around 3.0 but it's not easy. i mean, if you think about it, 1.0 to 2.0 wasn't too big of a step, it was easy to get over, and most of the changes were changes everyone wanted. and then they moved to 3.0 which was mostly was people wanted, but we had no idea how hard it would be to get those things. *sigh*
